Our Role

Visit Sidi Kaouki helps you contact independent local providers. We do not run activities ourselves. The activity is a direct agreement between you and the provider.

Commission

Activities are run by independent local providers. We help you arrange them and may earn a commission. This never changes what we recommend.

Inquiries and Confirmation

Sending an inquiry does not create a booking. We send you the provider’s details, price and conditions. A booking only exists when you confirm and the provider accepts.

Payment

You pay the provider directly, as agreed with them. We do not take payments on this website.

Cancellations, Weather and Refunds

Each provider sets its own cancellation and refund rules. Activities may be moved or cancelled for safety reasons, such as strong wind, big waves or bad weather. We will share the provider’s rules before you confirm.

Safety and Health

Activities involve some risk. Follow the provider’s instructions and use the safety equipment provided. Tell the provider about health problems, pregnancy or anything that could affect your safety. Check that your travel insurance covers the activity.

Responsibility

The provider is responsible for running the activity. As far as the law allows, Visit Sidi Kaouki is not liable for injury, loss or damage that happens during an activity.

Problems and Feedback

If something goes wrong, please contact the provider first and then tell us. We use feedback to decide which providers we work with.
