How Booking Works
We help you arrange activities with independent local providers. Here is exactly how it works.
- You send us a messageBy WhatsApp, email or the inquiry form. Tell us the activity, your dates, the number of people and your level.
- We check with a local providerWe contact a provider we know and send you what is available: the time, what is included and the price.
- You decideNothing is booked until you say yes. If you agree, we confirm with the provider.
- You do the activityYou meet the provider and pay them directly. There is no payment on this website.
Who Runs the Activities?
All activities are run by independent local providers, such as surf schools, stables and tour guides. They are responsible for the activity, the equipment and your safety during it. Visit Sidi Kaouki does not run activities itself.
How We Make Money
When we arrange an activity, the provider may pay us a commission. This does not change what we recommend, and we do not recommend providers just because they pay us. Our travel guides about transport, accommodation and restaurants are information only, and we do not earn money from them.
How We Choose Providers
We aim to work with providers who use proper safety equipment, explain the risks clearly, treat their animals well and have good feedback from visitors. If you have a problem with a provider, please tell us.
Cancellations and Changes
Weather, wind and waves can change plans. Cancellation and refund rules are set by each provider. We tell you the provider's rules before you confirm. See our activity terms.
